Coldwell Banker David Steven Company will be hosting the Shane's Inspiration Play Date in Griffith Park from 10:30 - 1:00 p.m.

- My Name is Denise Barnes Guillen and I am a Realtor for Coldwell Banker David Steven Company. In the past I have worked for a Detective Academy and a Staffing Agency as a placement specialist, so I know how to work with people. I have three children ages 17, 9, and 6. My 6 year old daughter was born with a chromosome disorder and attends a special ed school. As a result, I am actively involved in helping out others with disabilities. I am also a memebr of the Silverlake Chamber of Commerce and have been a resident of Silverlake for more than 20 years. I also speak Spanish and have a BA degree in Hispanic Studies/Business. As a Real Estate Professional, I am commited to helping you with every aspect of you Real Estate needs, including construction, zoning, city requirements, finding the right contractor for repairs, finding ADA approved housing, and giving you back up to $3000 for you or your child's college through Upromise. I am a very hard worker and am always available. No question is too small.
